Change is (sometimes) good
When you are at the top of your game, often times the hardest thing to do is to stay at the top of your game. While being ahead of the competition affords you some time before the competition will figure out how to catch up, eventually they will. Additionally, in their quest to catch up with you, they will have figured out something you could do better. Thus, if, as the leader of your game, you cannot figure out when its time to change, even the parts that are going right, you will soon find yourself at the back of the pack.
