The automobile website of Kelley Blue Book recently named Toyota as the top automotive brand for brand loyalty in the fourth quarter of 2011.  Brand loyalty is determined by the amount of customers looking to replace their vehicle with a vehicle of the same brand.  Kelley Blue Book reported Toyota’s customer loyalty for the fourth quarter of 2011 was over 50%.  As your Salt Lake City car dealer, we at Karl Malone Toyota are proud of this number, but we will continue to work towards achieving 100% brand loyalty.
